The Mini 20 Pro is Topeak's compact tool with a twist: it includes a tire lever and a chain hook in addition to the usual hex and Torx bits and a chain breaker. The aluminum side plates keep weight down and the bits fold out cleanly. It is slightly slimmer than the Crankbrothers M19 and includes a neoprene pouch. It is a good all-in-one for e-bike commuters who want one thing in the bag that handles a flat and a loose bolt. The tire lever is fine for commuter tires and will struggle on tight fat-tire beads, so fat-bike riders should still carry real levers.

The build is solid with steel bits and a flask-style case. The GP-2 is a tiny box of self-adhesive patches and a sandpaper square that fits in any saddle bag. Glueless patches are the right roadside tool: no waiting for vulcanizing cement to flash off, no dried-up tube of glue when you finally need it. Scuff the tube, press the patch hard, reinstall. They are reliable on punctures from thorns and glass; they are not for large gashes or valve-base tears. Many riders buy two or three packs and stash one on each bike. Pair it with tire levers and a pump and you have a real flat kit for a few dollars.
