Terms of Use

Informational content
Our guides, product notes, comparisons and troubleshooting pages are general information based on our experience and publicly available manufacturer information. They are not a substitute for the manufacturer’s manual or for a qualified technician’s inspection of your specific bike. Specifications and compatibility can change between model years — verify against your bike before buying or installing parts.
Safety
E-bikes contain high-capacity lithium batteries and high-current electrical systems. Do not open battery packs, cut or splice wiring, or continue to use a bike that shows signs of electrical damage (heat, swelling, smell, smoke). Follow our “when to stop troubleshooting” guidance and seek professional help. You are responsible for your own safety and for complying with local laws.
