Dynaplug Racer Pro Tubeless Repair Tool

For e-bikes running tubeless — more common on eMTBs and premium commuters — a plug tool is the only practical roadside repair. The Dynaplug Racer Pro is a machined aluminum tool with pre-loaded brass-tipped rubber plugs: find the hole, push the plug in, pull the tool out, add air. It works without removing the wheel or tire, which matters on a heavy e-bike with a hub motor. It is more expensive than bacon-strip kits but far less fiddly. If your tires have tubes, skip this and buy patches; if they are tubeless, this belongs in your kit.

Pumps

Topeak Mountain Morph Mini Floor Pump

The Mountain Morph is a mini pump that unfolds into a tiny floor pump: a fold-out foot peg, a flip-out T handle and a hose so you can push with your body weight instead of your forearms. It is a high-volume design, which makes it one of the few frame-mountable pumps that can realistically reinflate a fat e-bike tire on the roadside. It mounts under a bottle cage with the included bracket. It is longer and heavier than a road mini pump, and there is no gauge on the base model, so you inflate by feel and top off at home.

Best for: Fat-tire and mountain e-bike riders · Roadside flat repair · Riders who hate mini pumps

Multi-Tools

Crankbrothers M19 Multi-Tool

The M19 packs the bits most riders actually need — hex keys from 2 to 8 mm, Torx T25, screwdrivers, spoke wrenches and a chain breaker — into a tool small enough for a jersey pocket or a top tube bag. The build is solid with steel bits and a flask-style case. On an e-bike, the common roadside jobs are tightening a loose stem, adjusting a rattling rack bolt, or re-seating a dropped chain, and the M19 handles them. The 8 mm hex is handy for some crank bolts and axle nuts on folding bikes. The chain breaker works but is slow; it is there for emergencies.

Best for: Saddle bag or top tube bag carry · Riders who want a chain breaker on board · Stem, rack and accessory adjustments
