A top tube bag is the cheapest way to carry keys, a wallet and a phone without a backpack, and ROCKBROS makes the most common version: a strap-on pouch with a touch-screen window on top and a small cable port. On e-bikes with a battery in the downtube, the top tube is often the only free frame real estate.
