The Ultra-Lite2 is a packable jacket-and-pants set made of a non-woven material that is genuinely waterproof and cheap. It is the rain gear to stash in a pannier and forget until a storm catches you on the way home. It is not cut for cycling, so the jacket flaps and the pants can catch on a saddle, and the fabric tears if you snag it on a pedal or a rack. Breathability is poor, so on a warm day you sweat inside. None of that matters much when it is a surprise downpour and you are ten miles from home.
