Lamicall Bike Phone Holder (clamp style)

Lamicall's clamp-style holder represents the large category of universal mounts that grip the phone with spring-loaded arms and need no special case. It is the easy, cheap answer for riders who do not want to commit to an ecosystem, and for loaner bikes, kids' bikes or a second e-bike. The phone can rotate to landscape and the clamp fits most bars. The honest downside of every clamp mount is the same: vibration from fat tires and rough pavement can loosen the grip over time, and the arms cover part of the screen edges. Tighten it, check it, and do not use it on technical trails.

Quad Lock Handlebar / Stem Mount

The original Quad Lock bike mount is a compact zip-tied or O-ring mount that sits on the stem or bar and takes up almost no space. It is the cheaper way into the Quad Lock system and a better fit for e-bikes with short stems or folding bikes with unusual cockpits. The same twist lock keeps the phone secure; you give up the forward, level position of the Out Front mount, so the phone sits a little closer and tilts with the stem. Folding-bike owners like that it does not stick out. As with all Quad Lock products, you need a compatible case.

Best for: Folding e-bikes with tight cockpits · Riders who want the smallest mount possible · Stem-mounted viewing

Quad Lock Out Front Bike Mount

Quad Lock's twist-lock system is the standard most other mounts are measured against, and the Out Front version places the phone ahead of the stem where it sits level and easy to read. You need a Quad Lock case or universal adapter for your phone, which is the main catch and the main strength: the lock is positive, vibration-tolerant, and does not rely on clamps that loosen over potholes. For e-bikes with heavy vibration or fat tires, add the optional vibration dampener to protect camera stabilization hardware. The arm clamps 31.8 mm or 35 mm bars depending on the version.

Best for: Riders who navigate on the phone daily · E-bikes with cluttered cockpits · Phones in Quad Lock cases already
