The Podium Chill is a double-wall squeeze bottle with a self-sealing jet valve that does not leak in a bag and opens when you squeeze. It fits standard cages, though the insulated version is a bit stiffer to squeeze than the plain Podium. It is dishwasher safe. It is one of the more common bottles you will see on e-bikes precisely because it is simple, cheap and keeps drinks cool for about as long as a neighborhood ride lasts.

The Modula Cage II adjusts with a thumbwheel to grip bottles from small cycling bottles up to disposable water bottles and some insulated tumblers, which makes it the right cage for e-bike riders who do not own a dedicated bike bottle. It bolts to standard bosses. Many e-bikes lack bottle bosses because the battery takes the downtube, so check your frame; if there are no bosses, you will also need a strap-on adapter or a handlebar cup holder. It is plastic and aluminum, light and cheap. It will not hold a bottle as tightly on rough trails as a dedicated cage.

Giro ships it in a single universal adult size with a wide-range dial, adds MIPS, and keeps the price near the bottom of the MIPS market. Ventilation is generous for the money, the visor snaps off, and replacement pads are easy to find. It is a recreational lid rather than a commuter-specific design, so there is no light mount or vent shutter. For neighborhood loops, campus rides and casual weekend miles it is hard to beat on value.
